As was mentioned by one of the authors of the document, chairperson of the subcommittee on administrative services, state symbols and awards Oleksandr Dekhtiarchuk, the bill (Reg. No. 1774) aims to regulate legal succession of workers’ associations that were presented with government awards of foreign countries.

The rapporteur informed that, having analyzed the impact of the bill on budgetary figures and its compliance with the laws regulating budgetary relations, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concluded that implementation of the bill will lead neither to the increase or decrease of the revenue part of the budget. Thereat, provisions of the bill do not contradict the laws regulating budgetary relations.
